What did Loki say to Thanos?
"You'll never be a god," Loki told Thanos as the Mad Titan squeezed the life out of him, but this was not before Loki made a decision to help his brother and offer some touching last words to his sibling.
Loki's parting words to Thor were, "the sun will shine upon us again." And it has, but in separate universes!
In some ways, both view their respective deaths with some similarities: “whatever it takes,” Natasha says, and, “that is destiny,” Thanos says.
After Loki arrived on Earth and used the Scepter's power to build a small army of human soldiers, including Erik Selvig and Hawkeye, he went to a flashback where he was speaking to Thanos, with the Other being the one who was speaking with him on behalf of Thanos.

Perhaps at some point in his past, Thanos crossed paths with the TVA or heard about them in some way. However he found out about them, he would have discovered the sacred timeline and could well have seen the Snap in his future.

What race is Thanos?
Thanos is a mutant member of the race of superhumans known as the Titanian Eternals.
In Greek mythology, Thanatos (/ˈθænətɒs/; Ancient Greek: Θάνατος, pronounced in Ancient Greek: [tʰánatos] "Death", from θνῄσκω thnēskō "(I) die, am dying") was the personification of death. He was a minor figure in Greek mythology, often referred to but rarely appearing in person.

As shown in Thanos' cameo in The Avengers, Loki knew exactly who Thanos was. Even when he was power-hungry and arrogant, he was smart enough to know to fear Thanos. He was familiar with his past planet cleansing, and that's why Loki believed he was key in ruling Earth.
Loki and Thor are both gods and have immense godly powers that make them somewhat impervious to harm, though they can be beaten; they can lose eyes (Thor) and they can die (Loki). If the metric is physical strength, then Thor is easily the winner.
The Loki who died in Infinity War is still dead, but the Loki from the past – around the events of the first Avengers movie – is alive and well. And he was able to escape capture by grabbing hold of the Space Stone and vanishing.
He also wishes the same thing, that Thor trusts him again. He regrets how the things he did, broke their relationship. Loki: “Trust my rage.” Trust my rage because it is so strong that can help us get our revenge, the rage that ruined our relationship and our family, the rage that destroyed everything.

He repeats the line "I am inevitable" later on in the movie when the 2012 version of Thanos thinks he's about to repeat the Snap and win again. It could be seen as a cocky declaration of victory–an underlining that he's so powerful, he can't be defeated.
From the beginning, the TVA, and thus Kang, are shown to be a greater power in the MCU than the Infinity Stones. Thanos was a threat on a universal scale, but Kang threatens all of time and the multiverse.
Loki's TVA has the capabilities to wield Mjolnir, but it has nothing to do with Odin's worthiness enchantment. Instead, their skills lie in how confident they are in their system, so they can take down gods in moments without batting an eye.
What is Loki's knife called?

Crucially, Loki's final words to Thor were: "I assure you, brother, the sun will shine on us again.” It's a poetic sentiment, but it may also be a direct link to Thor harnessing the power of a dying sun to make Stormbreaker. Either way, Loki's message sounded like a promise that they would see each other again.

In Norse myth Loki's symbol was the snake, and he was often represented by two snakes circling each other forming an S symbol, and biting the tail of the other.
